Text Contacts using Twilio

In order to text a contact using Command, you must first create or connect a Twilio account, in Command Settings. To learn how to create and connect a Twilio account to Command.

Every text you send will be sent using Twilio and the phone number they provide.

Text a Single Contact

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.


​2. Click the Contacts icon,​, on the left sidebar.

3. Find the contact in your database, and click on the lead's name.

4. In the Phones section of their contact record, click on their phone number (this must be a phone number that accepts texts).

5. Type your message in the space provided, attach any attachment to the text, and click Send SMS.

Any responses will be logged on their contact record in Contacts and you will also receive a Kelle notification you can reply to.

Text Multiple Contacts

Not only can you text one contact, but you can text multiple contacts at one time. This will not be a group text, but will appear as if you sent the recipient a single targeted text. To learn how to text multiple contacts at one time, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.


​2. Click the Contacts icon,​, on the left sidebar.

3. Check the box next to each contact you want to text, or check the box to the left of the "First Name" column title to select all contacts on the page.

4. Click the Select Bulk Action drop-down and choose Send Bulk SMS from the list.

5. Type your message, attach any files you want to add, and click Send SMS.

Any responses will be logged on their contact record in Contacts and you will also receive a Kelle notification you can reply to.
