Mark Contacts as Leads

Because you are not able to import leads into Command, only contacts, you might want to mark some of your contacts as leads in your database for organization purposes.

To learn how to do this, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.

2. Click the Contacts icon,, on the left sidebar.

3. To the right of the contact, click the three dots , , and select Mark as Lead. You can also filter your contact list to target certain criteria (e.g. Primary Address) or check the box next to the "First Name" title to select all the contacts on the page you are viewing.

4. Click the Select Bulk Action drop-down menu to select Move to Leads.

4. A confirmation screen will appear showing the selected contacts. Click Mark as Lead.

You can also click on the contact and click the checkbox beside Mark as Lead.
