Create A New Lead Route

There are four things you need to set up a lead route:

  1. A lead source - you'll select this when you create a route.
  2. A strategy - click here to learn more.
  3. Settings for each agent on your team - click here to learn more.
  4. Lead capture rules - click here to learn more.

Follow the steps below to create a lead route:

1. Log in to agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. Click your name, at the top right of the page, and choose Settings from the drop-down.

3. In the Command Settings list, on the left side of the page, click Lead Routing, then select My Routes.

4. Click Create New Route.

5. Select any number of lead sources, then click Next:

There are three categories of lead sources that can be sent through Lead Routing:

1. Command Sourced - These leads automatically come into your lead pool from any Command Landing Pages you have created and shared, or through KW Sign Snaps. Click here to learn more about Sign Snaps.

2. Manually Entered - These are leads labeled Call-in, Open House, Lawn Sign, Sphere, etc. These leads will not pull in automatically, but will have to be manually entered and source labeled in the system, before they will be sent through a lead route.

3. Third Party Sourced - These leads come from third-party websites, like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook. To pull in leads from these sources, Keller Williams has partnered with Zapier. Agents will create a Zapier account, create a Zap (connection) between the third party app and Command, then let the leads flow in.

6. Select a Strategy, then click Next.

You must create a strategy before you can create a route, click here to learn how to create a strategy.

7. Use the toggle switches to select which agents are eligible to receive leads from this route, then click Next. You can also click the three dots, on the right of the agent card, to edit their settings for this route.

Click here to learn more about these agent settings.

8. Select your default capture rule, or choose a different custom capture rule, that you have already created, for this specific route.

You must create a capture rule before you can create a route, click here to learn how to create a capture rule.

9. Click Finish, when you are ready to create the route.
