Chat Support

Chat allows you to seamlessly communicate in real time when you need immediate answers while running your business in Command. You can communicate with those in your Referral network and anyone else within the largest network of KW agents. In the future, you will also be able to communicate with anyone in your groups and team.


Access Chat

1. To access Chat, log in to Command at http://agent.kw.com with your Keller Williams login credentials.


2. Once you are logged on to Command, look for the Chat tool located at the bottom right of the screen. It is accessible from any Command page.



Open a Chat and Send a Message

1. Click on the pencil icon and search for the person who you want to send a message.


2. Click on the person's name, and a Chat window will open.

Once you open a Chat, it will remain open while you work in Command and/or log off Command.

You have more than one Chat at one time. To do this, just click on the pencil icon to open another Chat window.


In the future, you can have a group Chat, such as with your team members.

Close a Chat

Once you are finished with the Chat, click the X at the top right of the Chat window.


See History of a Chat

When you close a Chat window, you can still view a history of your Chats:


1. Open Chat.


2. Click Recent Conversations.


3. Click the person's name who you had the chat with.


4. A history of your conversations will display.


Group Chat

You can also create a group chat in Command as well which will allow to communicate with multiple people in real time.


1. Click on the pencil icon and search for the person who you want to send a message.


2. After you have added your first contact you can continue to search for other contacts to add to the chat as well.


You can also click the Settings icon, ,and select Chat Participants to add more people to a current group chat.
